DL-MH Series DMTG High Speed Slant Bed CNC Turning Center
■ The DL-MH series 3 axis turning centers for turning and milling parts in a single setup. The machines are controlled by a FANUC 0i-TD system.
■ For the DL-MH series, We have developed a specially reinforced cylinderical one-piece base casting with a 45° slant angle. This base design accommodates a much heavier loading leading to exceptionaly high rigidity, good vibration absorption and great stiffness to ensure very high accurancy machining.
■ The wide-range main spindle AC servo motor provides the machine with particular high torque at low speed, and together with a high resolution spindle pulse encoder and a hydraulic spindle brake ensures high accuracy indexing and milling during C axis work.

Our after-sales service terms and conditions as follows:
- The cnc turning centers are tested and have trial production in our factory before leaving our factory and they are shipped out only after the customers are satisfied with them.
- When the cnc turning centers are tested, our technicians will train the customers’ technicians in theory and practice till they grasp the skills.
- During this period of one year warranty , if the cnc turning centers were damaged by non-artificial reasons, we are responsible for repairing or changing parts.
- During this period of warranty, if there is something wrong with the cnc turning center, we are responsible to provide project for solving this problem at the soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
- After the warranty, we charge only cost price for maintaining the cnc turning centers within three years.
- Other after-sale terms can be agreed by buyer and seller in addition.
